Only issue is elevator is not working, makes it extremely difficult to bring heavy items up when location is on second floor.
I am an older woman, 70s, and hard of hearing even with hearing aids. Mikey, the wonderful manager was friendly, professional, and very very patient while explaining everything to me. I couldn't have been treated better from beginning to end. He made sure I understood the details every step of the way. He then gave me a tour to my new storage unit.
