The General Manager, Jason, was very polite, helpful, and customer centric. the facility was clean and suited my needs. I feel my belongings are in a safe and secured facility.
The team at the Ankeny IA Ankeny Blvd location are really something special. Extremely courteous, helpful and at a level of customer service I have not found at many places. Jake and his team should be commended for the level of excellence they provide.
Very rude general manager who berates custom in the lobby and also has bad reviews removed
I enjoyed my time renting here however they charged me the day I moved out and would not give me a refund even though I didn’t use the next month, so be cautious of that.
