The staff helped me because I was having trouble uploading my information on the app. I couldn't have done it without their help. Please don't get rid of in person staff in the El Monte location.
Made a reservation for a moving truck through the app. However when I came to pick up the truck the desk help said we only use the app for pick up. So instead of helping me complete my transaction, explain the contract, I had to navigate through a lengthy app with his help. But most importantly here it is: After using the truck I went to fill up gas but as I was filling up 3 gallons of gas spilled from the tank below.
