Everyone was amazing. My father passed away and I was closing out his storage. Makayla was so kind and courteous. Even the owner reached out to see how he could assist. On the day I was moving his things out, the staff was compassionate and helpful. The facilities were so clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this location. You will be treated like a person, which has become something we don’t get a lot of these days. God bless you all at the West Waters location.
