I absolutely love the Lee's Summit location. Staff is always kind, and helpful and go above and beyond to make sure you're happy and your needs are met.
It was always well lit and clean. I felt very safe going to storage by myself. When I went to office with questions staff was excellent. Bays to pull your car in to pick up stuff was clean and had plenty of carts to carry your stuff
Great experience. Fair price. Easy to work with. Will definitely utilize the service again should it be needed.
I had over 6/7 storages at this particular Lee's Summit location and it was always very clean and felt safe. The staff was always eager to help.
