Great service. I was not expecting the 30 days free storage email. I needed a storage unit but had not chosen one yet so this came in at the right time for me. Thank you
Was pleasantly surprised that the unit was indoors. The facility is in a great location and has a clean, inviting curb appeal. Once we were inside, we feel like our belongings will be safe. The storage unit was spacious and well lit. We appreciate the moving carts and used them to move belongings from truck, down a wide hallway, and into the unit. The bathroom was very clean.
Staff was regularly unavailable during business hours, promised call backs never happened, manager was unreachable even by U-Haul corporate. I’m not sure what the manager does, but it’s clear he doesn’t run the location. To top it off, they made up policies that were not consistent with corporate policies or values and acted against the guidance of corporate. I would not recommend this facility to anyone and would actively steer people away from giving this location their business.
