Bliss and her staff are all excellent to deal with. They are all polite and knowledgeable and go out of their way to provide the best possible service.
I already have units at the Deerfoot location and needed a smaller unit to move stuff into from another locker. The newest locker is in the same aisle as the other one which has made moving items super convenient and greatly reduceed the time and effort to move things. Bliss and the other staff at this location are awesome to deal with and they go out of their way to provide the best customer service a person could ask for!
From the check in time to moving things into the unit to storing then moving out at the end of my planned stay was all amazing! Staff are very helpful, friendly and accomadating as much as they can. Storage was clean and at a great price! No issues at all. Highly recommend this facility. Easy access in and out!
Was moving out of city from Calgary with all my belongings except for one item were left behind with us for now due to we don’t have much room to place the last item in the trailer and have to leave it there until I get somebody to do the packing and moving for me rather traveling back to get the last item out from the unit and drive it back to Winnipeg because it is a longer distances between 2 cites, spending too much gas to fill it up per trips and we are in the unloading process so we don’t have time.
