I was not given the correct units, U-Haul customer service refused to help me until the next day, I was forced to repack my truck and leave, I was forced to move the following day with less help and in the rain, I sprained an ankle losing my footing on the wet ramp, I missed work due to having to move the following day Saturday instead of Friday so I lost money.
