The new highway affects this property, and the team didn't realize the website was still booking units. I arrived for my reservation, only to find the unit unavailable. They did their best to accommodate me and quickly refunded my charge difference, showcasing excellent customer service. Thank you, Uhaul team!
This was the worst customer experience. The staff was never friendly, helpful, open to answering questions, willing to answer calls or return calls. My email was entered incorrectly when first opening my account and took over a year to correct. My account was closed previously when it wasn’t requested and the attitude I received every single time I had to speak with someone was not called for. Even my movers hated dealing with UHaul during the move in AND the move out.
