Nairobi was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating when renting the truck and obtaining the storage unit, and Chelsea was just as friendly when returning. I had stopped in and called previously and spoke with Annaliz who was just as friendly and helpful when showing me the facility..excellent customer service by ALL!
The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful, polite, and professional. AnnaLiz went above and beyond in helping with my packing needs, and answering my questions. Angel located a first floor storage unit for me, made sure that I was checked in, and answered my questions on how to use the login system. The courteous service was a welcome break from the stress of moving! Thanks to the staff for their professionalism and helpfulness!
