Truly above and beyond experience! The staff (unfortunately cannot remember the name of the gentleman who assisted us) and manager Kayra are wonderful, kind and really know how to do their job and make the stress of moving melt away. I cannot even begin to explain how great of an experience we had with the last minute request for a truck and storage unit. Communication, professionalism and friendly attitude was incredible. U-Haul took this place over and now they have changed the website so it will not accept payment from DOD addresses. Armed forces state code AP, AE & AA no longer work. It looks like U-Haul has decided to stop doing business with our armed forces personnel

I was at another storage unit in town in a nightmare situation for 1 1/2 years that I finally was able to move out and THANK GOD I found this uhaul location. It was such a night and day difference. The manager Kayra was so kind and helpful. I interacted with another staff member (I think his name was Jason?) who was super nice as well. The whole place was clean and beautiful.
