I love this facility: clean and extremely safe, modern, and very convenient to access. The manager is very friendly and helpful as he gave me all the information about the facilities and how they work, guiding me step by step to access my storage.
I did contact Darel because I didn't know how to get in but he answered the phone and helped me get in. The facility was heated and clean. I love the security measures to get into facility. I love that you can drive into a garage and load/unload.
The process to get the truck at the auto body place was a nightmare trying to use the app. I waited on line for an hour when calling customer service to help fix the errors in the system to resolve it. Finally, the check in was awful. UHaul didn't send the information to the facility. The gentleman did his best. Getting into the unit was another process, unable to use my code and I had to call the front desk who had no idea how to fix it!! Poor guy.
