I rented a storage unit in May, 2014. upon storing my goods, my roommate spilled a small amt. of paint on the carpet outside the unit.. The manger Jose, and another employer, said, all was well and cleaned it up. July 30, I moved out. My mother phoned the 31st ,to inform them I had moved.( I'm deaf) she was told, I owe 275.00. for damaged carpet, that paint could not be cleaned out of.
