This was my first time renting a U-Haul truck in Charlotte through the office. In Chicago, I always used self-pickup, and it was never mentioned that the truck had to be returned with the same fuel level. At this location, no one told me about that policy either. Because of this, I was charged an additional $17 for fuel, even though the actual amount was about a gallon that I would have gladly refilled myself if I had known.
