U haul employees at the 56th street Tampa FL location are very welcoming and amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I need. I was overwhelmed and frantic at the time of my move but they were able to calm me down and put my mind and nerves at ease. I was literally in tears because of my situation and they reassured and accommodated me and put a smile on my face thank you so much to the uhaul staff all of you there deserve a bonus! Keep up the amazing work you all are God sent!!!
Made holding storage easy at an affordable price.
Horrible customer service. Candace was the worst most unprofessional manager I ever met. She was rude and disrespectful to the point I filed a complaint with the regional manager. Absolutely the worst storage to rent from and I will never use U-Haul again for anything.
