Everything from the rental process to the checkout process when I turned in the key was fast, smooth and easy. Staff were friendly, personable and professional.

Trevor is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with and because of him, I will never use U-Haul again. So I rented a truck and when we got into the truck we found the gas tank was at a quarter tank but Trevor put it had a full tank on our reservation. We took a photograph and informed him before leaving the U-Haul property. He stated he would note the account and told us to return the truck at a quarter tank. The South Havana Uhaul staff is outstanding. Despite a crowded, chaotic atmosphere, they efficiently handled my storage needs and tow trailer drop off. Maria, an off-duty employee, went above and beyond by helping me with an issue on her day off. The team's ability to deliver excellent service under challenging circumstances was impressive. Highly recommended for anyone needing reliable moving and storage solutions
