Love they have a community of unwanted items. Staff was very nice, website was awesome to keep up with payments and storage information. ALWAYS very clean and safe. Move out process was quick and easy. One thing I was little disappointed you paid the entire month if you move out before the 30 days, they should reimburse the difference, the space is available and they can rent it out to someone else! They used my information to rent a vehicle without asking for ID, just because the person gave me my old phone number (they didn't corroborate the information with ID) and they couldn't do anything until they returned the vehicle, because they had already rented it.
The facility is so well designed. It has multiple entrances, so you're never stuck waiting for crazy people hogging the entrance. The building is a square, so no unit is ever too far from an entrance. There are several extra-wide parking spaces near each entrance. This all makes it so easy to shuttle stuff between your car and your unit that you might not even need to use the carts. That said, they provide plenty of carts in two varieties.
