Ms. Jessica was very helpful in obtaining a unit for me and also very professional when I returned the U-Haul truck to the facility. I would also like to thank her for taking care of my keys that I had left at the facility when I return to get them. She kept them safe for me and I’m very grateful to her.😊

I appreciate the convenience offered with the 24/7 hour access to the storage location. And the online move-in option to complete the storage process was also pleasant
The woman who did my contract once she came to the gate was helpful, I must say though the overall help from each employee was genuinely exceptional, I had a very trying life experience in my 60’s .. I see things outside the box, I never know what another is going through unless they share, but they employees of U-Haul made me feel they were taking care of me and they did!!! They truly took care of me!!! Thank you all that touched my life through this I thanked God many of times for each of you
