I don’t want the secret to get out but Fessler’s Lane is hands down the best U-Haul facility in Nashville and I have frequented multiple locations across the city. Excellent team. Excellent maintenance. Excellent everything across-the-board. If there’s anything everyone in the world can agree on it’s that moving SUCKS but this crew definitely makes it better as much as possible. Thank you Teresa and Fessler Fam! The facility is conveniently located, the staff was polite and helpful
I was not paid for this review. Facility workers were always helpful. Facility amenities always worked well. Only con the elevator doors close extremely quickly. Closed on me and my kids and our things numerous times.
