All the employees were helpful and knowledgeable. They made me feel welcome, and no question was too little or big. (And trust me I ask some dumb questions lol) They went above and beyond to make my experience a great one.
I left Jersey and my mom needed to store my camper, she chose the U-Haul on Rt 9 in Tom’s River, NJ. Kyle, one of the employees, was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE to my 75 year old mother. So much so, she raved about him and spoke as if she adopted him as a new member of the family. Every interaction between Kyle and my mother gave her a new reason to be happy my camper was there under such a caring person. Great moving experience and storage too, thoughtful and helpful personnel with new and big variety of moving equipment, I had the best deal of storage and moving with always availability equipment, thanks a lot
The two employees we met at the front office were professional, helpful, respectful and well informed. The office is located on Rt. 9 in Toms River NJ. On May 26th 2025 at 3pm we visited the office searching for a covered storage place for our 35ft Outback Travel Trailer.
