The two employees we met at the front office were professional, helpful, respectful and well informed. The office is located on Rt. 9 in Toms River NJ. On May 26th 2025 at 3pm we visited the office searching for a covered storage place for our 35ft Outback Travel Trailer. Excellent place to store an RV. Very happy with friendly staff and cleanliness of place. Highly recommend. Sold my RV reason for leaving.
My move in experience was a disaster. When we were escorted to our unit (the staff was friendly but not empowered to make anything “right”) we discovered pools of automotive grease/oil all over the unit. We had to wait for some of the oil to be cleaned before we could move in. And there was a lot of oil that remained—not a good situation when storing furniture and household items that you don’t want destroyed by grease.
