They locked my storage unit randomly claiming my lock wasn’t on it. When I arrived with a truck and movers I couldn’t get into My stuff and it took a day to get it removed. They claim the unit was left open on August 5 even though I haven’t been there since June.
It's pretty good uhaul calls up when an odd problem arrives at unit...
