Isha was very helpful and quickly resolved my concerns. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
The experience was above average as I watched Ms. Cozette handle each customer with care and professionalism. She was attentive to everyone who walked in and treated people like they should be treated wich is rare these days. I found her to be knowledgeable courteous and informative. She was very personable and has the skills of a leader. I am giving her a referral for a manager position.
