Uhaul of Palmetto is excellent! They helped immensely with downsizing my storage space. Bryan was great and when I showed up with my keys not being on me, he spent over a half hour cutting through that Uhaul lock without one sign of inconvenience. John the General Manager is there to help and is so easy to work with. He is a creative problem solver and saved the day for me. They deserve 10 stars not to be capped off at 5 stars.
Very nice new facility. Everything is clean and access is easy. I didn't have much interaction with the staff, but they were helpful when I did.

Terri was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and even offered me water and I was parched. Great facility.
