From the moment I arrived unexpectedly, Patricia was there helping me every step of the way with every part of my move that I needed. I arrived with an emergency safety issue with a very old uhaul truck (i got at another location) to it being 6 pm on a Sunday evening, to renting me a storage unit to make my move easier. Adding that to her whole vibe being so welcoming and truly good nature, I was relieved to feel this comfort in such a high stress event. The General Manager of the facility, Patricia Lluveras, was professional and engaging. She explained the contract thoroughly and then walked to the unit (picking up trash along the way) and made sure I was satisfied with the unit. She provided the best customer service you would want.
My favorite storage unit ever SIMPLY BECAUSE THE STAFF! They were top-notch. Friendly and interesting people who were competent and happy to do their job. Any time I need to store something in Colorado, I'll be coming back here.
Never had issues with this storage facility! Staff was always helpful and polite.
Patti is amazing & so are her workers. They looked out for me & my Aunt, as I was selling off my furniture that I couldn't move. Very secure & very professional. I wish I had Patti & her crew at my other storage facilities. Thank you SO much!!!
