Overall experience was great more locations needed in different areas, but I definitely recommend it. Will be back if needed.
Had storage broken into and there was no inquiry or investigation by the facility. I was shown a video of the person breaking into my unit and was told I could NOT obtain a copy of it? Then was told the case was being closed due to me not acting in a timely manner. did not even get a discount on anything even tho THEY also seen my unit being broken into. They also charge way to much. Was paying 350 dollars for the units 10 x 15 for both. Found another location 30 x 10 unit $94 a month. Don't rent from any U- haul way too muc... read more
