I purchased my uhaul unit on 8/21/24, I am moving in today, (8/22/24). The staff member I was serviced by was very “nice-nasty,” and was unnecessarily giving me a hard time. Prior to coming in on 8/21, I had already come in and reserved the same unit. The manager was polite and helpful on that day. As for the staff member that worked that afternoon, he was not pleasant at all. Also, the set up is very inconvenient.
