I have never met staff that were less friendly or accessible. Every time I arrived over a two-day period, it was difficult to find anyone to simply answer a question. I returned to my unit to find a different lock on the door without explanation. When I finally found someone, I was told it was not fully locked, so another lock was placed on the door.
