I experienced a lot of mice poop inside my storage. I had to sweep out a pile of mice poop.
The crew at the Glen Burnie location were wonderful and the facility was clean..
On the day I moved out of unit 0261 there were various trailers parked in front of the unit. When I asked to have them to be moved to facilitate loading I was told that it was impossible as that equipment needs to stay in the place it was parked and I needed to work around the equipment. This added to the cost of my move on August 6, 2024. I guess cusiomer service is no longer provided in this day and age. I don't recommend this location anymore.
