The staff are extremely helpful and explains all of your options so you can make a better selection of the service you are in need of. They are very professional and knowledgeable about all things U-Haul! I love the fact that I am able to go to a secure and safe spot with my belongings.
I filed an insurance claim for water that leaked into the storage unit and my leather love seat and two large leather chairs were mildew damaged. The upholstery cleaners all stated that they could not clean it or restore the pieces. The insurance company wanted receipts showing the purchase price for the pieces.
