I have stored with this facility for approximately 8 years. Many of those years with 3 rooms. Till yesterday I had room 3042 that I used to store paper items. Taking precautions I kept them off the floor and covered in plastic. This past Wednesday, 10/9/24 I came to withdraw some the items to catalogue them, and planned to return the items Friday, 10/11/24. I was told over the phone that the storage unit will be free the first month however, when I got to the facility, they made it seem like they were doing me a favor by telling me that is not free but they can give it to me for free in which I had told them that the representative over the phone told me that I qualify for no fee for the first month!
