The service at this U-Haul was great. For the eighteen minutes months there were no issues. The property was always clean. Every one was friendly,. Never had a doubt my things were in a safe, and clean environment.
I strongly oppose your non-prorated policy. It is fair and reasonable to refund customers for any unused portion of their rental time, unless the unit remains vacant for the duration of the unused rental period. This policy does not prioritize customer interests and could be seen as withholding rental time unfairly. It’s being interpreted as Rental Time Embezzlement and Holding customers funds unjustifiably.
