Staff is very professional very prompt and personable they not only make it an easy and a quick experience they Make sure you're aware of every fact and necessary information information up front. Not blindsided with undiscussed fees like other storage facilities.

My first time using a storage unit in over 15 yrs and it was a pleasure but the service at this location on hwy 6 was by far the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be bck to this location and ONLY this location from upper level management to regular staff every one was friendly and very willing to help. Thanks to everyone there for making my life so comfortable
Great location and great staff.
I am bad with names, but every single employee there was super helpful and friendly. The lady at the counter made the overwhelming move from 2000 miles away to Houston a lot better. I highly recommend this location.
