“Climate controlled” is a very generous use of those words. There’s rodent traps all over the facility, including in the unit. I checked in and hours later check out because of the poor quality. If you. Are about the items you want to store, avoid this facility. These poor staff people are undertrained and the counter is understaffed. Avoid at all costs!

A complicated situation arose here with account ownership and rent payment for a storage unit. Staff were extraordinarily patient and understanding (especially a red-haired lady at the desk), and got this sorted out for us. I am very grateful for her kindness and efficiency in handling the issue to everyone's satisfaction. Not often you get that kind of service. Employees like that are gold.
