My father has been a customer for 26 years and we have had nothing but good experiences here. We were so glad to hear the facility didn’t burn down in the Eaton Canyon fires because we have come to appreciate all the hard work the staff does to keep the facility in tip top shape. Helpful staff but it seems that they are understaffed. My only complaint is that inside the building was very hot and humid even at night. It makes moving in /out difficult
I had a rough day hauling a fridge for a friend, I accidentally damaged the tailgate of the pick up truck and was really bummed. Get the insurance guys! Anyhow I came back and told the manager Logan I damaged the vehicle and he took care of everything, I did have to pay for it but it was a lot less cost with the insurance. Anyways I was dreading the return to say the least. All in all give this location 5 stars for their service and Logan's expertise handling the accident.
