The "general manager" of the Coventry location is completely incompetent and idiotic. I had settled on a final payment for my unit due to negligence to maintenance of their property my property had been damaged! I lost 3 tvs a bunch of artwork clothes covered in mold and all my tools rusted. I should've just let the unit go and allowed it to be their problem but despite my better judgement I agreed to settle on a price and move my belongings out of my unit and terminate my occupancy.
