The storage facility is great. The only thing I didn’t like is the payment process. I was laid up in I.C.U. at the hospital a couple of years ago. Was I was able to call about 2 days later to explain why I hadn’t paid my bill, and was doing so right away, U-HAUL STILL CHARGED ME A WHOPPING $15.00 & refused to reverse it. All in all I was ONLY 4 DAYS LATE!, even after I reminded them that the reasoning couldn)t make the payment was because I was in Intensive Care in hospital! I WAS CHARGED AGAIN $15.00 this year.
