I really appreciate the Old National location in Atlanta..me and my husband were having a rough experience moving and needed a unit right before closing. Their Manager helped us out so much that night I thank God for her & her team...I have a classmate that Manages a nearby location (Godby) and he does an amazing job from what I see as well!! Great job Uhaul!!!

The experience I had since 2018, started with Tyrone, it was great. I've had over 8units with U-haul O.N.Maxine was helpful and knowledgeable. Then Quincy, I watched him rise to become a great Manager. His knowledge extended to my aid when I started waiting on Disability March2023,and fell on hardship for 2024. Horrible experience. Sold my storage for $30 even though I called days before trying to arrange payment . Sold all my sentimental possessions. I didn’t even care what was reselling for money . Who wants to do anything w a birthday card somebody else gave them ..
