Wonderful Staff. Understanding and Communicative.
The best service, in person! Never had an issue here and immaculately maintained.
This was such an amazing place. The manager is customer service driven and a pleasure to deal with. She made me feel so welcome. The facility itself is beautiful and kept immaculately. Very secure although easy to go in and out for customers. I have used other facilities and this was the best by far! Even when I was just done with my space there for now, they were so kind. I will definately be using their facility again in the very near future!! Thank you Ikon for making our crazy situation so much easier.
Ikon was excellent. I cannot tell you how good & understanding H & C were with what my unique & crazy circumstances. I don't believe there's a better place to trust your storage needs to. If I need any storage needs in the future this is the ONLY storage place I would consider.
