Amazing customer service
Unexpected rent increase after only a few months I’ve only been renting my unit since May 8, 2026, and my monthly bill was $162. I recently received notice that beginning October 8, my monthly rent is increasing to $203 — a $41 increase (about 25%) after only a few months of renting. What makes this more frustrating is that the notice also lists a $16 monthly protection plan while still showing the total monthly amount as $203, which is confusing and needs clarification. Absolutely love this location. It is always so clean and you can really tell how the managers care. I worked with Bri and Trina and they were absolutely lovely. I love all the features of this location, it really stands out from the other local storages.
I had a great experience as I downsized my locker at Richmond and Rice location in Houston. The ladies there last weekend were outstanding! I even upgraded to a corner lot with a windows view, lol. The place is climate controlled and always clean. I highly recommend it!
