The storage facility is very clean, well maintained and secure. Sherika and Diana made the process of getting a storage unit seamless and easy. They were both very welcoming and professional. Sherika provided adequate information and answered all questions diligently.
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Obada was incredibly helpful in showing me the different storage units, answering all of my questions, and giving honest advice about which option would work best for my needs. He made the entire process simple, stress-free, and easy to understand. Diana was wonderful as well. I had a great experience at Self Stor. Diana was a very welcoming and helpful rep. She answered all of my questions and did it with a smile. Now onto Self Stor: I was impressed with the facilities, including their security procedures, which is very important to me. Welcome neighborhood and the facilities are clean.
