Has gone downhill tremendously! As a local handyman, I have utilized Self Serve many times over the years, from just a couple bolts to multiple pallets of materials. The staff was always friendly and great people. Lenny and Kyle were awesome. Unfortunately, the new staff is rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. The store is getting too big for its britches, trying to go higher end or something. But, prices went up, quality and service went down. The exhaust fan in our main bathroom had become loud and ineffective, leaving humidity trapped after showers. We hired an electrician to replace the older unit with a quieter, more efficient fan. The installation took a few hours including cleanup. Compared to before, steam clears from the bathroom much faster and the room feels noticeably fresher overall.
