I wanted to take a minute to recognize some amazing healthcare professionals who have taken great care of me. I've personally seen Sara Moore, FNP, and Dillard Stephens, D.O., and both have been outstanding. They've taken the time to listen, answer questions, and provide excellent care. Took my 2 grandsons which or 2 and 4 in to be seen. Got HERE (yes this review is being written as we STILL WAIT in the waiting room) about 12pm and was told it was about a 2 hour wait. Checking in with the receptionist regularly and was told (at the one and half mark) we had 2 patients ahead of us. Well 4 people later I asked what was going on bc more people had went back and asked we were forgotten? She said the ones with appointments get ahead of the URGENT patients.
