I highly recommend Klaudia to anyone seeking mental health treatment and support. She is fantastic at what she does, and I have only ever had positive experiences with all staff members.

Please, avoid contacting Self Reflections if you (or someone you care for) are vulnerable. I tried booking an appointment for a psychologist on behalf of my partner, who has severe depression and anxiety and has been unable to seek help for himself. I was told by reception that all adults are required to book appointments themselves to "demonstrate a commitment to ongoing therapy".When I've tried explaining the situation (that he won't make that initial call himself and that I was really worried for him) in hopes of some hum... read more

As a long term client of Klaudia’s, I couldn’t recommend Self Reflections enough! Therapy has been a constant in my life and Self Reflections has been by far the best and most helpful clinic I have ever accessed. Receptionists are super welcoming and friendly, and Klaudia is a superstar! I’ve recommended friends to the clinic and they have had success too! Cheers to therapy and giving our inner child’s a big ol’ hug 🤗

I saw Judit as a teenager for severe depression and anxiety - I now see her again as a young adult after being diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease. When I first met her, I felt as though we clicked right away and nothing has changed since. She is truly such a beautiful, down to earth person and is so incredible at her job. I feel extremely comfortable talking to her and it always feels like talking to an old friend.
