If I could give a zero review I would. We drove to this location and it is closed. Out of business. October 3 2025. All gates were locked with chains. We walked around and asked one person from a near by business, and they said haven’t seen anyone. No shuttles ever came by. We waited 30minutes on the street calling and on hold. No one picked up. Normally I give SelfParkFLL 5 Stars, however, not today. For the last 2 years I have been using them consistently once or twice a month. I made a reservation to park my vehicle several weeks ago as I always do. On the day I was suppose to park my vehicle at 2:00p, I received an e-mail at 8:58AM that my reservation was cancelled with no explanation. At first I thought this was an error. Very upset. Made a reservation , paid and was never told they closed. Drove there the morning of our trip only to find out they were out of business. Have been using them for 5 years. We had to rush and park at the airport and pay double the price and now have to fight for a refund from self park. How could they let me make a reservation when they were already closed. I am so angry!

We made reservations for October and in early Srptember were notified lot was under construction during our reservation time. Our payment of $272.84 was paid on 7/1/2025 and we have not received a refund as of 9/25/2025. Is this company still in business or have you taken our money and absconded?

Horrible!!!! I made a reservation for 5am to check in and no one was there! My mom is hysterical crying thining she is missing her international flight! I want my money back!!!!!! How irresponsible of this company!!!! Never again and I dont recommend this place to anyone!!!!!
