This place is not worth going to from Mary Little which I'm glad she retired and her replacement Barbie Johnson will medically gaslight you. No real concern to help. It's about money with these corporate practices.
I was feeling sick, I decided I needed to be seen, but I tried calling several times but no answer, I got there and they wouldn't see me, they said they only had one doctor in. The other doctors weren't taking virtual calls. They know I'm an acute patient. I asked to speak with the office manager and she too refused to fit me in, advised me to go elsewhere. I will never return, they don't care about patients 😒 The doctor that was there Mrs Barbie Johnson, my doctor. But I guess she wasn't bothered.
The employees at front desk are the worst I have ever dealt with. Good luck trying to get copies of your medical records. After having her baby, my daughter had to wait several hours to get released because staff at this practice refused to release her prenatal records. Hospital refused to let her go until they had her records. I don't blame hospital, I blame doctor's office who kept Insisting they sent but didnt.
