Worst experience I have ever had with a business. Paid off my car loan with them 7 months ago and never received the title for it in the mail. The entire 7 months I have called them over 50 times and sent dozens of emails to try and resolve this issue. After the 4th month they said they would send me a replacement title which I never received.
