I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Self-Help Enterprises. Over the course of several months, I was repeatedly given hope that my family might qualify for their program, only to encounter poor communication, inconsistent information, and long periods without any updates or responses. I was approved, then not approved I did everything they asked and the program kept changing I lost money they refunded me some 500 but the interest on my cards and I lost other money gone. This was not good I would put this at the top of the list for a crappy things that happened to me

So far the best experience, I've been helped from day one, they even helped me with my paperwork because I'm not good at doing things online from my phone. Every step of the way I get updates thru text and email. I'm excited to keep working with self help and thankful for them and all they do

If you need help getting off the street today there is no help. But if you're off the street it's a great help getting into a home.
