I was a former member and reached out to open my account back open, the ladie who answered phone was rude, and said she couldn’t help me because she was only one and didn’t have an appointment yet, she answered the phone, time was 4pm she just didn’t want my bussiness because her agenda was leaving. Bank is trash and not one person called to reach out after I left messages.

I was disappointed with my experience applying for a credit card with Self-Help Credit Union. During the process, I was advised that the minimum credit score requirement was 550, and my score exceeded that threshold. I was also asked to provide proof of income and extensive documentation regarding disputed accounts that had previously been deleted and later reinserted onto my credit report. Rude staff and the building looks closed and dark windows from the outside. I wanted to inquire about a checking account I will definitely look elsewhere. No thanks

Im very disappointed in the cause I was approved got the approval letter and all did paper got all information the ask me to get sign papers had a closing date and at the end they dropped me said they couldn't help payed 750$ for approval didnt even get my money back very disappointed.
