Rude staff and the building looks closed and dark windows from the outside. I wanted to inquire about a checking account I will definitely look elsewhere. No thanks
Im very disappointed in the cause I was approved got the approval letter and all did paper got all information the ask me to get sign papers had a closing date and at the end they dropped me said they couldn't help payed 750$ for approval didnt even get my money back very disappointed.
Amazing customer service!! Special thanks to Tristin the Assistant Branch Manager, he helped me get a loan to payoff my credit card and even thought it took days and fighting with my cc bank he was so patient and willing to help me. 10/10 would recommend!!
