I hosted an intimate yoga and mindfulness meditation retreat for my friends in North GA atop Lookout Mountian on 8/18. Ronnie S. Rose was our coach and instructor, and she was terrific! Very personable and knowledgeable. I loved that she had us chant affirmations after each practice. I would hire her again and attend one of her practices. Thank you!
Amazing experience with outdoor group yoga! I had a pain in my shoulder that went away after guided stretching. I reached a new level of focus after our session. I was able to bond with new friends.
