They came out so quickly after the ice storm and did their very best to get us back up and running. Despite one miner communication breakdown, the job was completed in a timely manner with great care to not completely ruin my wall because they did have to change out some old wires for new ones. Lowe’s referred this company to install a generator in my home. They exceeded all of my expectations. There was some difficulty with the generator door being damaged when it was picked up from the store and it took forever to get the replacement door in. All of that was because of Lowe’s. In the midst of all this Self Electric was so professional and helpful. They took pictures of the damage prior to install, provided that documentation to me, coordinated the replacement parts order with Lowe’s. When the part finally came in... read more
