Amazing yoga session I felt really at peace 🫶🏾🫶🏾
I scheduled a yoga session with Latoya and I loved the curated experience she provided. We did yoga by the water and she requested I bring a journal. She also brought items to deepen my stretch which made a big difference and allowed me to leave relaxed. The finishing touch with journaling allowed me to leave restored. I will be booking again.
My first time doing yoga and my experience was amazing!!! I highly recommend this as a self care regimen for balance and clarity. Can't wait for my next session
